I missed 230 hours of class this semester. My professor said "you should have thought about that in February." I passed anyway.

I am a junior. This semester broke me. Depression, family stuff, I don't know. I just stopped going.

At one point I checked my attendance. 230 hours missed. That is not a typo.

When I finally tried to fix things, one professor looked at my email and said "you should have thought about that in February." He would not accept any late work. Another professor had a rule where you fail after 6 absences. I was at 14.

My GPA dropped to a 1.8. My advisor said I would have to repeat the whole year. I stopped checking my email because every new message was something else I failed.

I looked up the withdrawal deadline. I was ready to drop out.

Then a friend from my study group sent me something. He would not tell me what it was. He just said "trust me, this helped me when I was drowning."

I was desperate so I tried it.

Within a week I had past exams with step by step answers. Notes that actually made sense. A study schedule that did not require me to be a robot.

My finals came back last week. I passed everything. Even Thermo. My GPA went from a 1.8 to a 3.1. No repeat year. No horrible conversation with my parents.

I am not smart. I just had someone show me exactly what to do.

If you are failing. If you have missed too many classes. If your professor will not help you. If you feel like there is no point showing up to your final. Send me a DM. I will tell you what my friend told me.

No pressure. No weird sales pitch. Just a student who was exactly where you are three weeks ago.
