I filed a wage claim for an employer who owes me over 3 grand. A few weeks later I got a letter in the mail stating I don’t have an assigned investigator yet. It also said that a permanent lien may be filed if the employer doesn’t pay me. It’s been a few months but I’ve gotten nothing else. I feel like nothing is happening and I’m not going to get anything out of it. (I live in north Texas)
