I started using Amlodipine 10mg. It was working for a bit—my reading was decent but after a while, my readings started to get off. Usually, it would fall between 124 and 135 but I started getting reading from 145 - 150. For some random reason, I switched from taking my pills every morning to late in the evening, and my readings have been lower.

Has this happened to anyone else? I haven’t done any research to find out whether time is a factor for drug efficacy.
