I’ve had my Ultrahuman Ring Air since January 2025. Before this one, I had my original one I had purchased for only a few months until it stopped working. A replacement was sent and I was happy with the customer service.

Well now this replacement isn’t even barely over a year old and developed a bubble on the inside lining a few months ago. Now this bubble has cracked open. Has this happened to anyone else?

Feeing very disappointed as this is not normal wear and tear and neither is the battery decline I’ve experienced.

Thinking about looking into switching to another brand at this point as the AI customer service has been my only contact so far and apparently they are unable to send me a replacement in the US?
