ADN vs ABSN advice
Hi everyone, I just got accepted into PCC’s ADN program and am having a hard time choosing between this or pursing an ABSN from Linfield.
For people who chose an ABSN over a cc ADN, do you feel the cost was worth the faster timeline? If I go the ADN route I will bridge to a BSN, but will that will that delay make me significantly less competitive as a new grad in Oregon? Has anyone here gone through Linfield’s ABSN or Portland community college’s ADN program and would be willing to share their experience?
I’m in my late twenties with no children pivoting careers from a completed unrelated field, so any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for reading
