Possible B12 deficiency

Hi everyone, I am 23F.
I live in Alberta Canada.
I had recently made a post on R/Anemic about my ferritin levels as they are abnormal.
Since that post had been up I had someone comment asking about my B12 levels, I took a screen shot of the bloodwork from over the years (which is in the comments) and I was immediately told to post on here.
I don’t personally know much about B12..I know my symptoms though; since last year I have been nauseous/throwing up with and without food, my balance isn’t good I can’t even stand on one foot anymore, my hearing goes out once a day randomly, my vision is more blurry then normal (I have glasses on top on this), blurry memories/forgetting things constantly, and something they had asked which I’m not sure is related is the pins and needles which I do in fact feel constantly.
I’m just looking for some information, whether these levels are to be worried about or not.
I will be seeing a new doctor as from what I have seen on my other post my doctor doesn’t care enough about my health.
If you have any questions please feel free to ask me.

Thank you for reading and replying, I appreciate it ♥️

Is this more serious than I’m being told?

Hi there, I am 23F.
I live in Alberta Canada.
Since last year I’ve felt off in general; nausea with and without food, headaches, balance issues, blurred vision, freezing all the time when I shouldn’t be, etc. I was first connecting all of this to a mass that was discovered recently in my pineal gland as it causes very similar symptoms, but I recently asked my doctor to run another ferritin test on me as I remember last year it was at 14 ug/L and I was told everything was fine and not to worry about it because all my other tests came back normal, including my iron. My results came back and within a year it only went up only 4 ug/L, which is still considered “abnormal” in My Chart but of course again, everything else came back normal.
I’m honestly looking for advice and if this is actually normal or if my doctor is really just not caring. I’ve had problems with him in general and I guess I wanna know if I need to go to someone else and what questions, tests, etc should I be asking for to be done.
Thank you for taking the time to read and answer ♥️

Update 1: I would like to thank everyone that has commented I really appreciate it. I’ve had a couple people question if I was put on any Iron supplements..well, no I haven’t been. I started taking my own Iron vitamin/supplement that was over the counter last year, but once my doctor had learned about that he had told me “because your iron levels and everything else is fine, you don’t need them”. So in all honesty right now, I’m getting a new doctor. I can’t believe how naive I was, I didn’t know anything

Update 2: Thank you to the person asking about my B12 and directing me to that Reddit as well. Not only is my ferritin low but my B12 is as well. You guys have all been helpful.
