Help with a hair color mistake…
I have this person with super blonde like lvl 10 hair she uses LoReal lvl 10 blonde hair color to cover her grays. He her isnt the strongest but really not bad and i tried to add some lowlights i did a 7g 7n and 6wb with 10 vol developer with misted/damp hair and it literally did barely anything maybe she went like lvl 9-8 barely at first i was worried it actually took too dark and warm so i added a little touch of purple shampoo when rinsing and when it dried it was barely noticeable… was it the shampoo the formula is there anything i can do? I told her to come back and i will figure out what to do. Should i not dampen and mist hair? Should i go darker? Different formula? When i did a test strand it looked like it would look good! So im really lost rnz I cant stop thinking about this and what i did wrong and what to do someone please help me
