Authentic pasta making class in Florence, any reccommendations?
My girlfriend and I are going to a roadtrip to Italy and we are going to visit Florence for the first time. We will be there the first week of September and I would like to live some authentic experiences together.
I was thinking about doing something really italian and gift her a pasta making cooking class. Do you have any reccommendations that you tried yourself? I would like something that feels authentic and it’s not a turist trap. I saw the post in highlights, very useful thanks mod
Also if you have any other suggestions about things to see and to do that only locals know, we would really appreciate it.
Thanks in advance!
