This spring after dormancy I tried pp tek on my plants and it worked. This one made 3 new basal pups and today it looks like the areole directly above one of those pups is now making another. I'm assuming they'll sort themselves out but then I see how chonky last years pup has become. Think it'll be any concern?

Also how am I doing on a seedling I was gifted in spring 2024? With 4 new pups it's on its way to being a pretty impressive stand if I can keep it healthy.

A bit different from the others I'm pretty sure we're myrtillocactus.
