M21, 6’0ft, 65kg

I’ve had a flexible sigmoidoscopy yesterday and I’m awaiting the biopsy results which take 2-3 weeks but I’m extremly concerned with what’s been found in the proximal sigmoid colon. Any ideas of what this could be?

(The blood you can see is where they have took a biopsy) - also it’s not crohns I’ve been previously tested for this in an unrelated circumstance.
