Mature Student

Hi everyone,

Firstly I’m going to give you a bit of a background on myself.

I have suffered with mental health issues at college which deteriorated my chances of successfully getting the UCAS grades I required for university or degree apprenticeship.

I am now 23 and I want to either go to university next year or a higher/degree apprenticeship.

I am currently undertaking an access to HE course (online).

If I go to university I want to go onto study Project Management or a course relevant to get a job in Project Management as it is the career I would like to pursue.

Please advise me on what I should do🤞🏼

Level 2/3 AAT Apprenticeship

Hi everyone,

I need some advice on a potential apprenticeship opportunity I may have.

The opportunity is a AAT level 2/3 at a reputable business. I like what has been pitched so far. It’s only a 12 month apprenticeship so in reality it doesn’t stop me from going to university next September.

Should I go ahead with the apprenticeship if I am successful?

Please understand that I want to go to university to study in quantity surveying/ project management.

Anyone have any good advice as it would be a job I would be really interested to do- Just feel I want to do both.
