Sales got messy fast

We got our first few B2B customers with me doing basically everything myself finding companies, sending emails, following up keeping notes wherever I remembered to put them. It was fine with maybe 10 conversations going but once that became 40 or 50 I started forgetting stupid stuff follow ups sitting for 4 days accounts I researched twice because I forgot I already did it so that kind of thing.

I spent a weekend cleaning the whole process up and realized I was doing way more sales admin than sales. Started moving the repetitive parts into one flow and keeping my time for picking accounts and talking to people it's running better now but kind of weird how quickly founder led sales turns into managing a little sales operation without you noticing
