Hello, working finishing a new bag build. I’ve picked up a couple ucr411a and lectro sr.

1. I’m looking at a rf distro, what are your recommendations? How’s the srd mini, issues?limitations? Betso octopus better?

2. I’m thinking about getting a spd-1 over an audioroot, any thoughts? Spd mini instead?, I don’t love the usb-c as the 2nd input?

3. Powering the srd-mini with spd-1 just hirose in, I assume no issues with this?

4. For bow tie antennas between the betso and deity?

I’m thinking about picking up a time code slate to add to my kit. I have someone that offered me a ts-3 for $550, thoughts? Currently have five tentacle syncs, am I better getting the deity or tentacle slate? Should I add a sync to the back of the TS-3? Just manually jam?

Saw a couple other sound mixers using a Sound Devices 552 for it’s Preamps before another recorder, I’m thinking about doing the same. Does this make sense in 2026 or am I better just getting a Zoom F8n Pro or Sound Devices Mix Pre?

On the 552 are mixers just feeding the direct outs of each channel to the recorder?
