I am moving so looking for someone to takeover lease at 534 W Wellington Ave. it is an amazing location on Broadway and Wellington. Studio price is either $1400 or $1450, and parking is available in the gated garage $150.
I am moving out on 8/21, with the rent already paid through August.
This is a no frills building but is safe, amazing location, and has a very attentive maintenance guy that is always reachable.
