Hi everyone. I have a 1 hour flight from myrtle beach to philly today on a Beoing 737-800. I know it’s “safe” but I have never been on this aircraft before and i already have a fear of flying as it is so i’m not doing well this morning. I’m scared something will happen. I don’t know what to do but my flight leaves in 5 hours. I just wish i didn’t have to in order to go home. my flight here last week went smooth, but it was a different aircraft and the flight attendant sat with me the whole time which i know i can’t rely on for comfort the whole flight.

I am walking on the the plane as a type this and i so terrified im shaking. I am facing m fear after two years and trying really hard to stay on and go. only a one hour flight. Im so scared!!!!

Hi, I am flying from Philadelphia to Myrtle Beach on Tuesday morning. The flight is about one hour and 10 minutes. I am absolutely terrified the last time I tried to do this flight, I had gotten off of the plane before they left to takeoff and had to drive nine hours home. we are going to visit my fiancé’s family for a week. I really use some words of encouragement. I am taking 10 mg of propanolol before my flight. It was prescribed to me for anxiety and also because I have high heart rate. Anyways. I’m flying frontier. I have to fly on a Boeing plane on the way home and I’m already scared of that too. I know it’s “safe” but I’m already thinking about that. I wanna have a great vacation, but I’m petrified.
