What is this tree and what to do with it?
We got two of these trees from the Seattle neighborhood tree program. They’ve kind of gone crazy. The branches all droop down and block the sidewalk. I’m trying to figure out how best to prune them but I’m not sure how and I can’t figure out what kind of tree it is. All of my image search strategies have failed. Any help?
