Joe Bonanno told Sammy the Bull "Your True Goza Nostra Bro!"

On the latest gravano grift live he is asked about Bonanno and he gives a ridiculous version of Joe's plot against the commission and eventual move to Arizona including a few details that I'm fairly certain Sammy completely made up on the spot. Then he goes into how when he himself moved to Arizona Bonanno wanted a meeting with him to make sure he wasn't coming to take joe out and Conquer Arizona. He claims that Bonannos son asked his dad "why do you want to meet with the Bull ?, hes a fuckin rat" and then Sammy says Joe answered "it doesn't matter if he told, hes tough and hes a killer. We could all end up dead in a trunk if he wants to take over Az". Sammy then goes on to say he turned down a meeting but he sent word that he wasn't gonna bother Joe and his Az empire. Supposedly Joe sent word back saying "Thank you Don Sammuel. If you need anything, anything at all we are here. And if anyone tries to bother you let me know and ill send guys to help". True Goza nostra bro !

"Westies killed Hoffa" - Michael Franzese

Just watched a video on Franzeses channel about Irish mobsters and he casually claims the Genovese had the Westies kill Hoffa. He said he has documentation proving it and he will reveal it in "due time".

Is this Westies show based on the book at all ?

Or anything having to do with the real history? Someone told me it is a really good show. I watched the trailer and it left me wondering if its based on history or any accuracy at all. Looks like they're against the mob instead of working with them and there's an older guy leading who i assume to be Coonan and Featherstone. Strange for the timeline. Curious what any of you have to say about it.

I have a question, did Carlo Gambino actually "Give" Paul the boss position before dying or did the capos have a vote and voted him in?

When it's documented that carlo gave Paul the boss title do they mean unofficially it was his wishes so they honored it but still followed a voting procedure? or did they just honor carlo anointing Paul as boss without Any formal voting process. And yes I know there was a contingency that wanted Dellacroce boss and all that had to be worked out but aside from all that I'm asking a question about the technical stuff involved in regards to Paul becoming boss.
