Hi all,

I’m conscious that I’ve just had a job interview and a following call to confirm that I’ve got the role. The position is for a sales advisor, working just on the phone and remotely most days. Minimum 10 days a month in office. I put on job application that I’d expect £27k as I have 2 years experience, and my previous role were paying me hourly and minimum wage. I’m 19 years old. Living at home and want to save.

They called me and said 25 is what’s on offer, and I said okay and that I could look at some contracts.

However, do I push it and ask for the higher end? I didn’t say it on the phone, I was going to email but feeling like I’ve shot myself in the foot. Or do I just cope and then ask about progression?

Thanks
