Hello everyone, quick question:

Is a signing bonus something normal and possible in Belgium (i’m an expat) or i’ve been hearing only “hallway yapping”?

I am an Intern at an IT American company in Belgium and i’m expecting to get hired in September after 6 months of internship.

I overheard some other interns mentioning that there is a substantial signing bonus for new hires.
I am not so sure if this is only “corridor talk” or actual truth and as an intern i don’t feel comfortable asking this to FTEs.
