I'm a research nurse and was wondering if I've just been unlucky with the quality or misunderstood the purpose of the eCRF guidelines. Rather then giving any context or guidance on what data they are looking for and how they want it recorded it's just the eCRF repeated again in a slightly different format. For instance I was reporting "Action taken with study treatment" as " not applicable " rather then as "dose not change". Corrected per query via DM, on reflection that is a much better response, but as I said the guidelines don't offer any context just a repeat of the question and available options. Unlucky or is this just how it is?
