My son’s father is trying to move in about a block or two up from my rented tiny house. My landlord is also my friend of 25 yrs. Ex has been helping him with tasks to get in good with him and now they talk behind my back about my son (8) and my situations (job, taxes etc), landlord spies and talks to him. This ex has been verbally abusive and physically harmed my dog in the past.

I moved out with no money or idea of where to go because the verbal abuse was ramping up. Now he’s trying to get a house down the street from me. I’m wanting to move across the border but ex filed and served me a parenting plan and I’m not sure what I’m allowed to do now. Has anyone dealt with something like this?
