I started everything from seed indoors mid January except for my strawberry plugs and blackberry plugs. I transplanted everything mid March. I do everything above ground in grow bags except for corn and okra and a handful of leftover watermelon seedlings I didn’t have bags for. With my Wallace’s Whopper pumpkins, I cut the bottoms out of grow bags so they could grow into the ground but I wanted some control while in the seedling stage. My friend is incredibly handy when it comes to wood working; over the last three years he has helped me turn my garden from a bunch of grow bags on pallets to this! If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
