German planning an Italian girlfriend's birthday dinner in Rome. Send help.
Ciao a tutti,
Through a series of unfortunate decisions, I (a German) have been put in charge of planning my girlfriend's 29th birthday dinner in Rome. She's from Bergamo, most of our table is Italian, and I am, statistically, the weakest link in this operation.
We're 6 people total. What we're after:
- Outdoor or rooftop
- Authentic over fancy
- Food and wine a volontà without the bill turning into a horror story
- A place a real Roman would actually take their friends
Grazie mille! 🙏
