Should lecture time be counted in my timer (ypt)
Just a question, I have seen many people that study using ypt have Lectures as a timer, should I add it too? By that I mean the time I'm in the coaching

I just started prepping for JEE 2028, and I'm looking at others timer and dam, because I've always felt that studying for 15-16 h a day, every single day is basically fake productivity all this time, and that studying 5h a day with high focus is better than 13h a day with avg focus. But it seems like it's all the opposite. What should I do to study longer? I usually get pretty low focus after 3h 💔✌️, Ive looked at some YPT groups and some of have "study 6h or you get removed" as a rule
