Know I'm on track, but discouraged.

35, didn't start meaningfully investing or saving until three years ago. $186,000 basically in VTI, with a little international and bonds. $54,000 in a Vanguard CashPlus for emergency fund.

Investing $1500-2000 a month this year.

I know those numbers work for something secure enough and probably a few years early, but just caught in the discouragement of the messy middle, I guess.

5 days. 19 hours. 55 minutes.

Almost six days free after 2 years of 1.5 6mg cans a day. I'd start every day with a Celcius and 8 Zyn at once, two on each side, upper and lower decks, to chase the buzz. And now I've gone almost a week. Need some encouragement to never go back to the insanity of that morning routine, had my first "well, one couldn't hurt" thought this morning after being mostly clearheaded for two days.
