Hey crew,
I made a post a while back about returning to sports, and i got a lot of great info, love this community for that!
I tore my ACL 3 years ago cutting on some questionable indoor turf while wearing cleats
I will be playing flag football in 2 weeks (same sport I injured it playing), I've had success in the gym lifting, I'm gonna spend the next weeks getting sprints in to make sure I'm good. To be honest, I'm only going to be quarterback so I won't be doing anything super crazy
Any specific shoe suggestions/any general tips would be much appreciated! Or if anyone has played on turf like this, especially when it comes to getting the right shoes to play with.
This is what they said about the turf in case anyone knows about it. Fyi turf is outdoors, so its possible it rains.
Any info helps, thanks!

The Fields are synthetic turf fields that are typically used for field hockey. They may not be the traditional "turf" you may be used too, as these fields are flatter and more compact than typical artificial turf.
Flat-soled shoes or turf shoes are recommended on this type of field. Cleats are not permitted on this field.
