Got shocked from the pins on this air duster. Whats causing it ?

I’m an apprentice electrician and don’t fully understand whats happening here. Are there capacitors storing charge and somehow it’s travelling back to the pins ? I was thinking it was something to do with the spinning motor but Im still getting voltage on the pins even if I don’t power the air duster up, just plug and unplug.

Should I try contacting the manufacturer? or would this happen in all air dusters ?

Iridescent is no longer for free, was playing all evening and didn’t have a single player below Crimson in my lobbies in both EU and NA servers.

IMO this is how it should be, and how it used to be.

Basically yous shouldn’t be seeing crims and iridescents in your bronze silver and gold lobbies anymore.

Might make ranked more fun for the lower ranks again :)
