Shiny Snake G350 - First Build Ever!
Technically my first PC build! I owned a pc prebuilt by someone else speced how I wanted except the main eyesore was that it was in a ASUS 501TUF atx case. MASSIVE. For the longest time wanted to put most of the components in an SFF case as I don't need higher end hardware for the games I play and the work I do. I reused everything from the ATX build including the fans; only stuff I repurchased was a MATX motherboard and helped my cpu out with a new cpu cooler. Anyways, here is this specs
- Case: Shiny Snake G350 white/glass panel
- CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x
- GPU: EVGA 2070 Super
- MOBO: MSI B550M-VC Wifi
- RAM: Trident z neo G-skill 2x16gb
- CPU Cooler: bequiet! Pure Rock Pro 3 (black)
- PSU: Corsair RM750x
- STORAGE: Samsung 970 evo plus 500gb nvme / Samsung 870 2.5" 1TB
- Fans: 3x Arctic P12
Mostly built it from instinct and help from a few videos I found, but some cons as far as building include
- before hard mounting MOBO, plug in all powersupply cables and IO as was very difficult to manage wires through the tiny holes for management, as well as had to SQUEEZE IO plugs underneath mobo at the bottom of the case
- not much room in back for psu cable management, took a While to figure out where to position everything and still had to jam the back panel shut a bit.
Other than that, happy with my case choice that still uses a MATX case and I could ALSO reuse my ATX psu.
