Hello, my company is responding to an RFP from city of Seattle. Their required documentation includes a WMBE inclusion plan with questions like "estimated percentage of the total contract value to Women Owned firms."
We have WMBE subcontractors we use, though in the case of this RFP we also intended to position our company *as* subs.
Has anyone had experience with Seattle's requests and can anyone talk about what percentage of the contract value we'd need to plan for in order to be competitive in this segment of the response?
