Parts dont line up after printing

Ive posted this question before and got basically nothing from it, I have an issue where after I print multiple objects through a few prints they never line up and are always off. Mind you this only happens if I do them all on separate prints, if I print objects on the same bed they line up every time. I recently printed a master chief helmet and it looked all crooked and had gaps from this issue, I did a sanity check and sent the exact same 3mf to my friend and he printed it with the same exact settings I used for mine on his ender v3 and it printed out and aligned fine so I know its some issue with my P1S.

Pieces warping while printing

I posted this before and took most advice, more cool time and turned off the aux fan. Theirs no visual warping so i can only assume its down micro meters or something, but when i print anything that needs to have pieces aligned they never match up. Im using community prints that i sent to my friend and he had zero issues with it and didnt make any adjustments to his own prints so i know its on my end.

Prints printing wrong

When i print any sort of objects that needs to be aligned with eachother and fit together they never line up, im using community made projects with no complaints so i know its on my end. My prints come out with no visual flaws and are seemingly flat on all sides yet they wont line up. If i force the lid into the box it will force the box to be at an angle and not sit flat. The white markings on the lid i think are coming from my bed so i ordered a new bed.
