My novel (queer YA psychological thriller) comes out from a big-five publisher in January. They want me to establish a social media presence, so I've made a Bluesky, Twitter, and Instagram, but I have no idea what I'm doing. I'm not a fan of social media as a rule and have generally just lurked.

Does anyone know of any good resources for how to set up promotional social media for authors who don't particularly care for social media? I've Googled but I mostly find pay-for services or stuff that doesn't look like it was written by a human.
