I’m a professional from CT working in operations + creative, currently interviewing for new roles (primarily remote / West LA-based). I’m quiet, respectful, emotionally aware, and very clean—I also truly value a calm, comfortable home environment.
What I’m looking for:
Clean, well-maintained space (this is very important to me)
No pets (I’m allergic and also sensitive to cleanliness)
Normal/shared use of common areas (kitchen, etc.)
No unusual or restrictive house rules (I’m easygoing, just looking for a reasonable setup)
Month-to-month or short-term flexibility preferred
Ideally looking to move in soon, but flexible for the right fit.
I’m very considerate as a roommate—low noise, tidy, honest, and respectful of shared spaces. Looking for a similar energy in the home.
