I got 92.94 percentile in jee mains and 70.3 pcm % in boards and overall is 82 percentage and i got coe in first round and i m thinking of applying withdrawal so should I fix the seat or put withdrawal will i lose coe branch if I pay the fees and put withdrawal i m going to come to thapar only that is final but should I go for cse or not ( gen punjab category)
