I’m Australian and we seem to have only recently gotten the McGriddle. I had the plain (buns?) this morning and they were delicious, but I have no idea what they actually are. They’re way fluffier than any pancake I’ve ever seen and very sweet. Is that what a biscuit is? Are they something else? What is this secret breakfast treat that I’ve been sleeping on?
