So had an lmg. Coverted it to proto gear. Both the weapon damage and 3rd stat stayed at 15%, while DTOC got maxed.

Bad luck.

So I converted another lmg to proto. All stats except DTOC didnt move, while dtoc got maxed out. Exact same stats.

Anyone else experience this?
