I’ve been looking into property investments recently and something’s been on my mind.
In the UK, it feels like most people’s wealth is tied up in property already, but actually accessing that or scaling it further seems pretty difficult without a lot of capital.
I came across some stuff around overseas property (specifically places like Northern Cyprus, turkey etc.), where entry prices and payment structures are a lot lower than I expected.
I’m not saying it’s better or worse, but it did make me question whether sticking purely to UK property is the best move long term.
Has anyone here actually invested abroad or seriously looked into it?
Would be interested to hear real experiences, and what people’s general thoughts are on overseas properties as investments.
