All Gold Symbols Complete!
Super happy, wanted to get this done before the RSE ports for the Switch came out! Hopefully I can get the Gold Shield from the Battle Tower next :)

Battle Frontier Team Advice
This will be my first time taking on the Battle facilities in any game, and I want to see if I can achieve all Gold Symbols. First, I will try at Lvl 50 and then if it goes well, later I may try at Open Level. I'm thinking of using the typical Latios/Metagross/Swampert team to minimize breeding and EV training (for my first attempt at least). I also don't want to RNG manip for stats. Here are my mons so far:
Latios - Timid, 28/16/11/31/22/22
Beldum - Adamant, 26/28/17/22/29/31
Mudkip - Brave, 7/31/27/24/29/28
Are these natures + IVs good enough to get all gold? And what are some recommended EV spreads? I read I should be looking to hit certain speed thresholds but idk what that really means. Any other suggestions would be appreciated!
