We have our regular liability for our house but since our Airbnb is the downstairs unit of our home, we can only have a separate insurer cover us since Airbnb is considered business use and if the place catches on fire our insurer won’t cover us. Do other hosts pay a separate insurance on top of their regular home owners? How has air cover been for peoples experiences for coverage?
