After the last help i received i managed to configure my wheel to work for all the cases where a media source was presented on an OBS source,

Now my biggest issue is setting up a keyboard press subaction that makes my veadotube png switch states. To test the logic i made a new action which only had the keyboard press (ctrl+number) and a delay. Triggering the action alone worked,

However, when i include the logic inside the spin wheel nothing happens, I tried both as individual subactions and calling the new action.

If anyone knows how to include a separate action inside the spin wheel winner action it would be a huge help
