Who are we?
Joint Task Force Mithras (JTFM) is a joint CIA-JSOC task force inspired by units such as MACV-SOG, the OMEGA program, and both Delta and DEVGRUs AFO Squadrons. We are small, tight-knit group that focuses on small-unit tactics with/without aviation support in both permissive and non-permissive enviornments.
What can I expect?
All members can expect a semi-milsim community. We prioritize realistic procedures and tactical immersion while also keeping a fun and friendly atmosphere. We are not a "Yes Sir/No Sir" unit; we understand that everyone is here to play a game with their friends and have fun doing so. That said, we also aren't a circus. We're all here to larp a little.
Our operations range from overt direct action raids against insurgents on Takistan and Tanoa, to covertly aiding rebel groups on Altis and in North Africa. We strive to let our Zeus's tell the stories that they want to tell and so give them complete freedom when determining the who, what, when, where and why of their operations/campaigns. This has led to our unit creating its own web of lore; a web that we invite new members and Zeus's to expand upon through either player actions or new operations.
What roles can I play as?
Currently, JTFM is divided into 4 sections. OMEGA-90 is our main infantry branch that's made up of USASOC members and Ground Branch officers. The 24th STS Commando Team functions as our support element, enabling air to ground comms, advanced battlefield medicine and battlefield recon. All pilots fall under the Joint Special Operations Air Component and all of our Zeus's are part of our CIA Attachment.

REQUIREMENTS
- You must be 18+ (Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis).
- You must own Arma III, a working microphone, and must have space for our modpack
- You must be fluent in English (Read, Write, Speak).
- You must be able to attend operations on Saturdays at 7:00 PM EST.
