I’m trying to install a Aidoo AZAI6WSCDA0 on a daikin ctxs07lvju.

I’m a bit stuck here. I’m not sure how to remove this black shroud to get to the main board. I also can’t remove the entire unit because there’s one thin black wire that’s routed through the back of this metal container. Any advice on how to proceed or remove the black shroud?
