Hi! I got off the waitlist today for UMich after being committed to the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. I am incredibly drawn there because I am studying mechanical engineering and I have heard their engineering programs are amazing, but I was wondering how the student life is at Michigan because I want to know if I’m a good fit for the school. I love the vibes at Tennessee because it has a very vibrant student life with tons of nice students, it’s very fun to go out at night, I love the football culture, and I am also from Tennessee. Will I get that same fun experience at Michigan and will I be able to fit in or will people not really click with me because I am southern.
