This is what all of the headings on the magazines should have been today.

Blake Lively was claiming $650 million in damages and punitive damages against Justin Baldoni and WP. 10 out of 13 of her claims were thrown out of the courtroom by Judge Liman just a few weeks ago, including all of her sexual harassment claims. None of them prevailed. The three claims that were remaining were based on retaliation. Blake Lively spent the last year talking about how she had mountains of evidence of the smear campaign, but she herself settled these claims for $0 because she had no evidence, because there was no retaliation. Or else why not take you to trial and get her 650 million? Blake Lively and her garbage lawyers suffered a massive LOSS.

Blake Lively lost $650 million that she wanted to get from Justin and the Wayfarer parties , that's a huge, massive loss. 47.1 will never be granted, please refer to the videos by actual lawyers. Even if there is a small likelihood that it may be granted, it is based off of a singular defamation claim that was dismissed within three months. That amount will be negligible compared to the 650 million that she lost today. That's what we should be focusing on.

I was looking through the Great Unsealing Part 2, and this text exchange is very interesting between Melissa Nathan and Jen Abel. In it they talk about how Stephanie Jones is placing stories, and this is confirmed by Melissa Nathan who says she saw a text message. Its immediately followed up with a link to a article with the 'fat shaming' allegations, was Stephanie behind these? Then later on Melissa asks if Justin Baldoni and Jamey Heath sent Stephanie a C&D (Cease and Desist). It seems WP were worried about Stephanie Jones leaking false information and in any follow up meeting they had with her they brought their lawyers 👀 I always though Stephanie Jones was the root of the problems, and here we have some proof that WP thought the same. Just to clarify I think Leslie Sloane was still putting out bad stories about Justin, but we have evidence here that Stephanie Jones was doing the same, they deserve each other.

In the screenshots included above you can plainly see that the wholesalers and retailers for Betty Booze were concerned about the backlash to sales because of Blake Lively's own actions. The email regarding Kroger states:

"Unfortunately, there is a negative taste in Kroger's mouths based on the BL interview (press) from the movie, and they said they will be closely monitoring sales on the brand. They are expecting a negative sales impact and they're wondering what BL will be doing to course correct and make things right with our audience."

Kroger is:

  • tying the backlash to Blake’s own press/interview
  • confirming actual sales impact
  • and directly asking what Blake Lively is going to do to fix it

The answer to that Kroger is absolutely nothing, even though the retailers where asking what Blake Lively will do to correct the situation she failed to course correct, so how are the declining sales and poor return Justin Baldoni's or WP fault?

This seems like Blake Lively actually failed to uphold her fiduciary duty to her brands and retailers.

In the following screenshot you can see that Betty Booze is claiming that since mid August negative comments have increased on their social media, but if you look at the last column and see what the negative comments say --> it is again all things Blake Lively has done and said. The recurring themes are:

  • “Domestic violence + alcohol = tone-deaf”
  • “Promoting brands in connection with DV”
  • “Mean girl”
  • “Tone-deaf behavior”

So again how is this Justin Baldoni's or WP fault?

In summary this creates a serious problem for her damages theory and this is will be unbelievably embarrassing infront of the jury because now you have:

  1. Retailers identifying the issue as her own conduct
  2. Consumers reacting to that same conduct in real time
  3. Documented sales concerns tied to those reactions
  4. And a request for her to fix it… that goes unanswered”
