I have BRUTAL ovulation cramps. Worse than my actual period. To be honest idk if it’s even ovulation cramps. I finished my period Sunday. Today’s Thursday. Would this be considered ovulation cramps? These cramps will last for a while (not terrible pain every single day) like usually 1-1.5 weeks. Today they are really bad though. What have you taken that helps? I’m desperate for any sort of remedies. I’ve taken aleve and Tylenol today and it doesn’t work.
