Posting this as a log because I want to document the whole process in case it's useful for anyone else.

Short version: I left my diva's dream in my hoodie pocket and it went through a full wash cycle. Pulled it out and the MOP surface has visible wear, not catastrophic but definitely noticeable up close. Completely my fault..

Just reached out to lili and they said they can take it back for repair. Sending it off this week.

Will update this thread when it comes back. If anyone else has had jewelry repaired through them, would love to know what the turnaround was like and what to expect. 🙏
