Gap year for language

Hello everyone, I am from a developing country and am eyeing to live in Germany. I have just graduated as a senior in high school and found myself in a new predicament regarding my future due to recent news.

Unfortunately, I didn't qualify for the evaluation for entering an h+ university in my country, and I have 2 options that will significantly affect my life:

  1. Go to an h+/- university— I passed this, but it's not h+ as you can see—and spend 5 years in my country before going to Germany and doing whatever will be necessary to validate my degree

  2. Take a gap year to learn the German language (this way, I can go to german and study in a uni there, and I was told that studying accountancy will only take 3 years usually)

I am aware that I should have applied to more h+ universities, but my parents were confident in my academic capability(a double-edged sword), and other h+ universities are very far from my home. I know my faults and that my decisions are irreversible, which is why I'm doing my best in deciding in this matter.

Which do you think is more efficient or benefitting? I humbly thank you for your help!
