About a year ago I was celebrating coming off of nights after being on it on two years. After getting a new job, I'm going back to overnights.

Also part of me missed the differential in pay, less management and just overall less people. So I'm not too down on being back on overnights. Today is my day off to adjust from days to night. Not sure if tonight will be enough time to adjust for tomorrow.

I'm determined on also being healthier this time around, putting more focus on prepping good food instead of snacks.

My shift will now be 11pm to 8am.

I also invested in blackout blinds in addition to my black out curtains. I'm going to try not taking melatonin. And this time for change too I'll stand my ground on boundaries with family so I can properly rest.

Any tips to get back in the grove?

I also know I was always on the verge on getting sick last time I was on nights. Any tips for that?
