Returning to Canada after both IEC participations expire
I have just moved back to the UK after my 3 years of IEC have come to an end and I’m absolutely distraught to say the least. I moved here when I was 20 years old and wasn’t quite sure if I genuinely wanted to settle there until later on and now that it’s over I’m struggling to adapt to my old life. I worked in a restaurant working my way up to supervisory/management over my time but have no valuable education so my points for PR were too low. I want to get back to Canada asap and wanted to reach out to see if anyone had any advice on options for me. I understand things are so tough right now for everyone but that’s where I want to be and I want to get back as soon as I can. I know there is a Recognised Organisation repeat iec but unfortunatly by the time I found out about them their applications for 2026 were closed so I’m planning on looking into it for 2027, and in the meantime I’ll work save and study french. is there anything else I could possibly look into? any advice is helpful. I know it’s a bit of a longshot as this is the situation for so many right now :(
