Have been reading Reddit posts for a while now on fistula

Do men have more complicated fistulas and treatment and recovery seems more tougher than women. I see women not posting back after their surgeries. but men coming up with surgery fails and multiple surgeries and tough recovery.

30F is a 12 o’clock fistula easy or complicated I was at ER and the dr said it could be 12oclock position . Mine is just below the vagina tip ending towards the left side.

42 F I have a fistula that below my vagina ending on the left side. What is this type of fistula called annyone knows Also had 2 i&d prior . Now the wound is small but drains. I’ll be travelling to Hyderabad india any recommendations for a good surgeon as I have no knowledge of fistulas.
