Dear all, hope you’re doing well.

I’d like to ask how you manage to hit your sales targets. I’ve been finding it extremely challenging to close sales, no matter how much effort I put in.

Also, putting myself in a customer’s shoes, I sometimes wonder—why would someone pay so much for a plan when they could separate it out? For example, getting a medical card and life insurance individually, and then investing in the stock market on their own.

How do you all keep up with your targets and sustain yourselves in this industry?

Any guidance from the seniors out there would be greatly appreciated 🙏
